Basketball clubs in Goa used to handle registration with paper forms, chats, and spreadsheets. This website brings that into one place. A team creates an account, adds its players with the required ID documents, and pays the team and player fees online in one go. After payment, the association checks each player’s details and documents and either approves them or asks for corrections.
Association staff get a private admin area to approve players, move players between clubs, review coaches and referees, take refunds when needed, change fees, and post tournaments, announcements, photos, and the official rules PDF. Visitors who aren’t logged in can still see the public site — teams with approved players, upcoming and past tournaments, news, and the gallery.
It’s built for how the association actually works through a season: secure storage of sensitive IDs, clear payment records, email updates, and a way to close out the year and start fresh — not just a “contact us” page.
